Job Description:

This role will be for the West Region RAN 3G & 4G deployment for AT&T Mobility customer. The Project/Technical Manager (Individual Contributor) will be responsible for the overall success of planning and implementing a project including overall RAN activities such as design, install, integration, optimization, E911, trouble-shooting to meet customer deadlines and expectations. The Project/Technical Manager may supervise the work of multiple internal and external personnel to achieve product deployment or project readiness. The Project/Technical Manager responsibilities will include: initiating a project/program design, planning various aspects of the project's execution and organizing necessary resources to provide the customer with technical, management and cost proposals. The role will include the project controls function associate with this role (financials).

Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) ? Minimum of BS or at least 2 years PM experience ? PM/TPM experience in the wireless Telecommunications field (3G & 4G RAN Deployment activities/tasks, PMO) ? Proven success in managing projects/ Project Controls ? Experience deploying complex wireless network infrastructure (3G & 4G) ? Advanced computer skills including MS Word/Excel/MS Project required. ? Excellent planning and critical thinking skills ? Excellent Negotiation, Communication, Customer Interfacing, Leadership and Management skills required ? Third Party management Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) ? Good working knowledge of SAP/Services Link/STARS/EPIC (ALU systems) ? PMP certification or equivalent ? CPM certification or equivalent ? Broad knowledge of industry and competitor trends ?
