Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for their
Private Client Group, providing administrative support to account
teams in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers with processing endorsements, agency bill
transactions, and creating insurance documents
Liaise with external carriers and escrow companies while managing
electronic document filing
Maintain suspense files and provide phone coverage for reception or
team members as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of administrative customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
Experience in insurance and familiarity with EPIC software is
desired
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders and work
as a team player
