A company is looking for a Technical Support Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Identify requirements for Support processes and reports by
collaborating with other employees
Program and encode project requirements, conducting tests and
modifying codes as necessary
Establish, analyze, and maintain internal Support KPIs to ensure
optimal performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Data
3+ years of progressive software design, development, and debugging
experience
2+ years of programming experience
1+ year of database development and data analyst experience
Some technical writing experience for documentation purposes
