An excellent career opportunity is now available for a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager at a non-profit medical center in the Portland Metropolitan Area.The Program Manager Behavioral Health will oversee all operations throughout the inpatient behavioral health unit, set between 2 floors, and 40 total beds. The inpatient Psychiatric Health Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Behavioral Health Services, and will be supported by 3 Assistant Nurse Managers and responsible for over 75 FTE's.The Psych Nurse Manager will be responsible for personnel management, clinical policy oversight, patient satisfaction, clinical resource expertise, and compliance with regulatory agencies. They will also be accountable for managing human, fiscal, and other resources needed to support clinical nursing practice and positive patient outcomes.The Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will be key leader at this nonprofit organization that offers a variety of Mental Health support services. This organization is longstanding in the community, strong and stable, and looking for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Manager who can help with continued growth.The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Nurse Manager will be joining a team and Organization, well regarded throughout out the region for their quality measures and patient satisfaction scores.
