Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Accounts to lead a
team of Account Managers in providing exceptional service to
schools utilizing their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and empower a team of up to 12 Account Managers in a remote
environment
Monitor key metrics and report on team performance and KPIs
Coach and train team members through regular 1:1s and team
meetings
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing customer-facing teams, preferably
in a remote setting
5+ years of experience in sales or account management
Proven track record of successfully coaching team members to exceed
goals
Experience with SaaS applications and B2B technology-based
products
Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce for team workflows and
data-driven decisions
