Job Description:
A company is looking for a Government Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support conservation partners at state and local levels to
influence public policy and funding initiatives
Act as a liaison between the organization and elected officials,
agencies, and stakeholders
Conduct advocacy, research, and policy analysis to track and
influence conservation-related policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Experience with legislative, planning, policy, or community
initiatives in Hawaii
Experience researching and analyzing local, state, and federal laws
and policies
Experience working with government agencies and the Hawaii State
Legislature
Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with diverse
partners
