market related initiatives associated with transmission business
unit including modifications to the relevant regulatory tariffs.
Lead and manage the Company's strategic transmission policy
development with external stakeholders. Manage the process of
requests, negotiations, and projects with third party transmission
customers and neighboring utilities. Manage and allocate financial
and employee resources. Responsible for selecting, coaching, and
developing employees and responsible for management of employee

Hiring Range: $113,100 - $133,000
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance
incentive bonus of up to 15.00% of salary.
