Salary: Based on experience (range from $35.97/hr to $44.01/hr).Journeyman Millwright: $35.97/hrLimited Maintenance Electrician: $40.09/hrManufacturing Plant Electrician: $42.01/hrSupervising Electrician: $44.01/hrBenefits:Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision).401k with matching.Life & disability insurance.Stipends for safety shoes & glasses.Gym membership reimbursement.Shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts.Training provided to advance skills and pay.Annual Gainshare up to 10% of earnings.Responsibilities:Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.Work as part of a team to improve productivity and reduce downtime.Follow safety procedures.Must be willing to work different shifts, including weekends.Qualifications:Passion for a safe work environment.At least 1 year of experience repairing industrial equipment.Ability to read blueprints, charts, and manuals.Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, fans).Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to pursue additional training.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred Qualifications:Journeyman Electrical License or Limited Maintenance Electrician License.2-5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or similar maintenance roles.Journeyman Millwright card or technical degree.Ability to obtain a Limited Maintenance Electrician license within 3 years.Experience with PLCs and industrial machinery.Skills:Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.Must be capable of acquiring skills in both mechanic and electrician roles.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a noisy environment.How to Apply: Visit www.careers.packagingcorp.com to apply.
