Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing & Operations Analyst to assist regional universities in enhancing their online academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct strategic data-driven analysis to inform growth strategies
Collaborate with senior management to align data analytics strategies with organizational goals
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess data analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree with proven achievement and data analysis proficiency
2+ years of experience in an analytical role or professional services organization
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Tableau
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Master's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or related field is a plus
