Job Description:

The Client Engagement Representative is responsible for outbound telephone contact with new and existing users of our software platform. This outreach position is intended to build awareness and usage of the software, to which the client already has authorized access. It is your role to provide these users with the information they need to begin to effectively use the software platform or learn more about it.

This is not a telesales position, but it involves direct client contact, so you must maintain a professional, confident, enthusiastic, and problem-solving demeanor.

Responsibilities:

" You will be on the phone all day, each day, reaching out to clients

" Direct clients through the login process, provide quick tours of the software remotely, and advise clients of the training and other resources available to them

" Engage via telephone and email with clients

" Work cooperatively and productively with team members in Client Services, Sales, and Marketing
