Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient Coding Auditor with a CCS
Certification for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of ED, ED-Observation, and Ambulatory Surgery
accounts for compliance
Identify discrepancies in billing and coding processes and
implement corrective actions
Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience as an Outpatient Coding Auditor
CCS or CPC Certification is required
Experience with OPPS guidelines
Ability to conduct a Coding Auditor Assessment
