Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Controller (CPA) with
experience in the Enterprise Software industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger,
accounts payable, and revenue recognition
Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with
GAAP principles
Manage external audits and ensure compliance with local, state, and
federal regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 10 years of relevant
experience
CPA certification is highly preferred
Experience working with Private Equity owned businesses
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite,
especially Excel
Experience with CRM/ERP systems and SaaS billing platforms
