You will collaborate closely with your footwear triad and supporting functions. You will partner and collaborate with functions across Global creation teams, Merchandising, and Brand regularly to drive the end-to-end process. You will also be part of the extended LT within Express Lane leading the voice of the team together with Development and Design leads.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Line Manager (PLM) to join the North America Express Lane (NAEL) Footwear Team. This role is focused on the North America footwear consumer, managing end-to-end process of product creation from line plan to sell in, and leading a team of PLMs.The ideal candidate should have proven expertise of the product creation process and consumer.You will need strong strategic and organizational skills, a drive for crafting outstanding product and the ability to learn, adapt, and lead teams effectively.WHAT YOU'LL WORK ONA typical day/week in the Express Lane Senior Manager function will involve a lot of excitement in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with your Design and Development functions to drive excellence on execution & process, as well as Global counterparts. You will also lead a team of PMs to ensure they are clear on the tasks ahead and are delivering against our strategic priorities. You will deliver presentations to internal and external partners with passion for the work and output of the teams.WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• 8+ years of relevant experience
